Twink-Fu: The Legend Continues

About 15 months ago I wrote up what I thought was a pretty funny article riffing off of a video made by Elgin "Trap Lord" Mones, mocking a "grassroots fitness" club called Project Haymaker. The video clip that the Trap Lord roasted consisted of a bunch of skinny-fat out-of-shape Pantyfag wusses making utter fools of themselves in a public park in Chicago - which I gather is nowadays one of the most dangerous cities in America, for anyone, thanks in large part to the fact that it is governed by people who are at minimum quite sympathetic to the Hard Left.

It turns out, though, that Project Haymaker may have missed a trick, which has now been put forward into the public spotlight by a lefty hairdresser in Toronto.

The man's name is Jordan Hunt, and you can find the viral video clip of him roundhouse-kicking (with, I must point out, quite terrible technique) a pro-life protester all over YouTube. Here is one version that hopefully will not be taken down anytime soon:

As you can see, he basically loaded up a leg and kicked a woman named Marie-Claire Bissonette. He evidently intended to kick her phone.

Now, I'm no legal beagle, but some of my readers are (or were), so please correct me if I am wrong, but I am still pretty sure that if you roundhouse kick someone's phone, you are still guilty of assault.

The legal stuff aside, it should be noted that Mr. Hunt has, quite satisfyingly, been fired by his employer, and the police are now investigating him.

Given how fast and hard the Left is trying to de-platform the Right, get us fired, get us banned from the workplace, and destroy our lives, it is, indeed, quite satisfying to see the shoe on the other foot from time to time. It brings to mind that old question - what's the German word for schadenfreude?

Let's be clear about one thing: this sort of (not very competent) violence from the Left is increasingly becoming the norm. One skinny pierced limp-wristed pixie-haired wuss with lousy form is not going to do much damage by himself, especially if he throws a roundhouse kick with such a transparent wind-up and such absurdly bad form.

But now imagine 20 or more of such morons swarming one person, and then it's a very different story.

The Pantyfags may not be particularly accomplished fighters. They don't eat enough (or, in many cases, any) meat and their endurance, blood sugar, and body mass all tend to be quite low as a result. And let's not even get started on their personal hygiene - remember Moldylocks?

However, as anyone who has ever played as the Zerg in StarCraft can attest - quantity has a quality all of its own.

Get enough of those twinks into a hate-mob and unleash them on a few isolated people, especially peaceful moderates protesting quietly and more or less respectfully, and watch what happens. The hate-mob always wins. It does not take a genius to work out the fact that the people who show up willing to go to war, will always win out against those who do not show up or are unwilling to fight.

For now, of course, it is time to point and laugh at a lefty retard who got caught out being an asshole and is now paying the price for it. But be warned and be ready: this is not going to stop. This is not going to go away.

It is simply going to get worse.

Assault, battery, etc, are all codified now, and this was in Toronto so im not familiar with Canadian law, or provincial law.

Under the English common law, and in almost all states in the US, "Mr." Hunt's acts are most definitely assault and battery. Assault is taking action that a reasonable person would conclude that a battery upon him is about to take place. Battery is an unwanted, offensive or harmful touching.

"Mr." Hunt's stance, effeminate as it is, coupled with the confrontation, is an assault. His roundhouse kick to the phone is a battery. His intent to kick the phone is irrelevant. If he had made contact only with the phone, it's still a battery.

The battery extends to "personal space" and the phone is in her space, so if he hits the thing you're holding, it's still a battery. If "Mr." Hunt had snatched the phone out of the woman's hand, that's battery. If he had hit the phone with his hand, that's a battery. If he had stood in her space and spit on her, that's battery. if he had stood in her space and intentionally touched her in any way, even if that touch caused no physical harm at all, it's battery.

    1. The criminal code explicitly cites common law as the source and supplementary crminial law ( art 1, 2 or 3 I can't remember.)
So in Canada the main charge has what called lesser and included charges. So first degree murder incliuded second, aggravated assault, etc tec.
So soyboyz faces the lesser and included charges with whatever the cops decide to charge him with.
If you go to justice.gouv.gc.ca you can get the e version of the latest criminal code and peruse the relevant chapter

BUT the BEST part is that he can be taken to the Human rights tribunal for CHARTER violations as well as the Ontario human rights law. So he's looking at exemplary damges as well as laxer standard of proof. The Ontario rules of practice are guidelines.
TLDR; he could be homeless as well as in jail by next year.
