Oh so NOW they care about what the Constitution says...

A bunch of clueless libprog celebrity numpties (Lord, forgive us our redundancies) from Hollyweird have just launched a major new initiative to get the electors from the Electoral College to change their minds next Monday, when they cast their votes for the next President of the United States of America:

Oh FFS...

So let me see if I can break this down in simple terms:

These libtards think that the Constitution is a "living document" which can be interpreted however one wants...

Until "We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity" elect someone that these celebritards disagree with on a fundamental level.

These libtards think that the Electoral College is an outmoded relic that should be abolished- by judicial or executive fiat, if need be- and replaced by a straight-up popular vote, and never mind that this would result in basically four states in America deciding who becomes President...

Until the "popular vote" ends up swinging the urban and coastal regions of the US to the most venal, corrupt, mendacious, and downright evil candidate in American political history, while the electoral votes were decided by the vast stretches of what liberals like to think of as "flyover country", so now the electoral college suddenly matters again because it is True and Just and Good.

These libtards think that the results of the US electoral process should always be respected by everybody, regardless of who won...

Until the Other Side's candidate, the choice of the disaffected, disenfranchised, and thoroughly cheesed off American heartland, wins in a true Trumpslide, and suddenly the result is totally unacceptable and needs to be overturned by any means necessary, no matter how violent, felonious, underhanded, or illegal.

Jesus wept.

Yes, they truly are that fracking stupid. They really do take us for fools and cowards. They actually think that there will not be outright civil war if the will of the 47 million-odd nearly 63 million people who voted for the God-Emperor is defied.

They're going to have an awfully rough time of it when they realise that, once the shooting starts, they will be outmanned, outgunned, and will very likely not be able to turn to the US military for help- because the boys in green, black, white, and blue now all know that they're going to have a President in office who is unlikely to carelessly and needlessly send them to die in foreign lands.

They haven't seen a President BAMF in office since the Gipper- and they're delighted to see a true Alpha male take power.

The trouble is that these celebritards might just be able to see their fondest wish come true:

It is unlikely that they will succeed in their quest to block the reality of President Donald J. Trump. Every single attempt thus far, starting with the regressive Left's massive (and artificially generated) street protests, continuing on with the ridiculous farce that was their "recount" initiative, and ending so far with the Bitch's insistence that Russia is somehow behind The Donald's epic victory, has FAILED in spectacular fashion.

But that doesn't mean that this latest ploy is guaranteed to fail. Very little in life is guaranteed beyond death and taxes. They might just manage to convince 37 electors to fail in their duty and hand the election over to the Rottenmuncher.

However, if I know anything about the American people, it is this: you can push them very far and very hard before they react, but the moment they start reacting violently, they do not stop until that which has harmed them is totally and completely destroyed.

May God Almighty help them if civil war actually breaks out- because none of their former compatriots in flyover country will.

  1. I hope and pray there's no civil war.

Actually, whether or not one breaks out, "civil" will be the last thing it will be.

That said, as I recall, they've repeatedly slammed the electoral college - now and after 2000 as well. Nevermind that it means the electoral college did exactly, as Razorfist pointed out, what it was designed to do.

Other than that, as always, great writing.

    1. Yes, if war breaks out in this country- and I expect it to, within a generation- there will be nothing polite or civilised about it.

  2. I like the fact that they don't allow for rating and commenting on this video because they know it's going to get a lot of backlash.

    1. Yes- us deplorables are going to tell them exactly where they can stick their opinions. Preferably without lubricant.

    2. Can't let anyone know exactly how unpopular it is.

Say, about as popular as a nail-spiked baseball bat coated in tar, capsaicin and glass shards stuck where their opinions can go.

    3. Dude, if you're hosting a carnival event where people line up to hit libtards in the nards with such a thing, I'm buying tickets. All damn day long.

  3. The left really is stuck on stupid, aren't they? Executive or judicial fiat cannot make changes to the U.S. Constitution, period. Constitutional Amendments can only be added with the approval of 2/3 of Congress and 3/4 of states to ratify it. That means at least 38 states must agree on an Amendment or it will not happen.

Go on, libs; sit down and work out which 38 states you think are willing to permanently give up their means to have a say in choosing the country's Commander in Chief, just so we can make sure that New York, California and Illinois are always satisfied with the outcome of every presidential election.

    Crayons will be provided.
