Happy New Year

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
There was a man sent from God whose name was John. He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all might believe. He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light.
The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. 11 He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. 12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.
14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
-- John 1:1-14, The Holy Bible, New International Version
Happy 2016, all y'all.

Here in the old country we got to the new year a few hours earlier than most, of course, but the celebrations are still going on. Horns are going off in the distance, people are detonating firecrackers, some jackass started playing loud disco "music" at 7am (certain people simply have no sense of decency...), and so on.

Last year was a big one for many of us in the alt-Right, myself included. Speaking in purely selfish terms, this blog registered 80K life-to-date page views in 2013, 210K LTD in 2014, and (as of yesterday) roughly 395K LTD in 2015. That's a growth rate of 88% last year- down significantly from the 162.5% growth rate of 2014, but not bad either. I actually managed to produce significantly more output, and in my opinion a somewhat higher level of quality, than I did in previous years.

Let me take a moment to once again express my profound gratitude to all of you who have stopped by, read and critiqued and commented upon what I have written. I write only for myself and no one else, but it is gratifying to know that there are people who enjoy reading what I have written and are interested in the same. I look forward to another year of writing, exploration, and synthesis even more productive, I hope, than the one that just passed.

May the Lord bring you both peace and happiness in the coming year, and may you find in Him the same comfort and sense of purpose that I have.

On a different note, 2015 was the year in which the SJWs were finally put on the back foot, comprehensively and in multiple engagements, by those of us that the Breitbart staff like to call "cultural libertarians".

For the first time in far too long, ordinary people with very diverse political, sexual, social, and cultural preferences united and stood up against those who would impose uniformity of thought and action upon us, and said, ENOUGH. And at first to our surprise, then our delight, and finally our uproarious amusement, they fled screaming into the hills, babbling about being "triggered" and "oppressed" by WrongFans engaged in WrongFun.

We handed the SJWs several of what I believe will be many epic defeats. We're just getting started on that front; in particular, I'm anticipating quite a bit of fun from the Hugo Awards this year (or at least, the nuking thereof).

Yet, as funny and enjoyable as that spectacle was, the fact remains that darkness is sweeping the face of the Earth.

War is upon us, whether we would wish it or not, and the innocent will suffer along with the rest of us until and unless we do what must be done. The war to save our culture, our system of beliefs, our very way of life in the West, is well underway; only the people's fear of their own governments has so far stopped that war from erupting into full-scale ethnic cleansing as of yet. There is much reason to be fearful, for ourselves, our loved ones, and our children.

Even so, I look to the coming year not with trembling and trepidation, but with optimism and joy in my heart. For as it was once written, the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

What greater duty could there be than the one before us, to save our culture from those who seek to subvert and destroy it? And what greater joy can there be than to know that our children, and their children, will grow up in a world where they are free to think as they please, and where the simple traditional values and moral systems that have worked so well in the past are once again upheld and honoured?

We have been given the chance to turn our faces to the Lord, to proclaim His truth to the world, and to defend the Law which He gave us. "We few, we happy, we band of brothers", have been given a glorious burden to carry into this year and the future.

What, then, is there really to fear?

Our enemies will attack us. They will seek to silence us. They will do their level best to destroy us. But they cannot stop the truth, they can only attempt to drown it out- and that only for a little while. It took just eleven frightened, cowardly, trembling men to bring us the truth of the Christian faith, and while we cannot match those Apostles in ultimate courage and humanity, we have one thing that they did not: their example, to guide us.

So onward into 2016, my friends. Let us go forward together, to reclaim a culture that we can be proud of and a future of peace and prosperity for our children.
